How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?

We only clean the interior of windows for deep clean services and commercial spaces. Please refer to your proposal and check if an additional charge will be applied. We provide exterior window cleaning upon request and with an extra charge.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will be there an extra charge?

Yes, there will be a fee of 30% of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

UPDATE (july 2022) - :(( unfortunately quality of work and punctuality went significantly down shortly after earlier review, which was requested by the Pro. damage to wall (i found it on my own after the visit, i was not informed, will need to find artwork to cover it), broken glass microwave dish (i was present at the time, heard loud crash, they paid for a new one to be shipped), appearing w/o usual equipment like vacuum cleaner (!), and worst of all no-shows and very last minute (day of) cancellations without much concern at all for my time and no offer of discounts for the significant inconveniences. has happened on several occasions now, i have had to reach out myself to confirm whether claudia and her staff will be coming as scheduled (answer lately has been No). i work most of the week and take days off weeks in advance specifically for these cleaning days, highly disruptive when these repeated cancellations have happened. extremely disappointing that quality of service/conscientiousness/kindness shown by this business's staff declined so quickly. i had recommended them to a few friends but will update them on my recent experiences over the last several months.

  Claudia was supposed to show for a 3:30 cleaning today. She not only did not show up but did not answer my calls or texts.

  Whoever handles the quoting aspect was not very professional. In fact their response was condescending when I simply asked if they “cleaned walls.” They proceeded to respond with “no they dont paint walls because they are not a painter”(insinutating my question about cleaning walls was a stupid question because apparently only painters clean walls). Its crazy to think that a business would respond to potential customer this way. I was ready to pay $40 more for this company over another company until this happened.
